Bald Cardinal gets his feathers back

Our old buddy Nosferatu the bald Northern Cardinal is finally refeathering his bare noggin. The feathers are reappearing first at the sides of his face, but you can see the pinfeathers emerging on the top and back in the picture below. Looks itchy!
