Fraud stinks, no matter how tiny!

Keep an eye on your bank statements, people. Just spotted a mysterious 23-cent withdrawal by “Adele Services” from our checking account. Did a quick Google on the company and its associated 800-number and turned up a bunch of people getting dinged just this week from this scam artist—most for small amounts, but some upwards of $10 or so. Right away, I called the bank for new cards. If you see anything like this in your accounts, I recommend you do the same. During the holidays, as we whip out our cards more often than usual, it’s especially easy to overlook the antics of these scammy scammers. Vigilance!
